    Wawayanda, NY

    10,000 SF addition to the International Union Operating Engineers (IUOE) Local 825 Training Center in Wawayanda, NY. The site will allow Local 825 to provide hands on training of operation and maintenance of heavy construction equipment.

    OPERATING ENGINEERS LOCAL 825 TRAINING CENTER

    SOUTH BRUNSWICK, NJ

    Founded in 1896, the International Union of Operating Engineers has more than 400,000 members in North America. Local 825, representing heavy equipment operators of New Jersey and lower New York, has had a training center in South Brunswick, NJ for nearly 30 years. This 2,800 SF addition replaced a section of the facility that had been destroyed by fire.

    This new construction is home to Waters & Bugbee, a general contractor. Located at the far end of the Hamilton Business Center, the undeveloped site was largely inaccessible with a creek running across the property and a heavily wooded area preventing roadway access

  • RED BANK STATION

    Red Bank, NJ

    This station, originally built in the early 1900’s, serves New Jersey Transit bus and train commuters in Monmouth County. It is listed on the National Register of Historic Places and as such, all renovations must conform to state regulations. The project required creation of a new canopy to match the one on the original station.

    Railroad Construction Co., Inc., established in 1926, has been located at the same Grove Street address since 1942. Over the years, despite numerous additions to the original office, the company and its various Family of Companies divisions had outgrown the facility. This new expansion would dramatically increase and modernize the company’s headquarters.
