RCC Builders & Developers, Inc. has been contracted by MTA Capital Construction to construct a new LIRR customer service office at Penn Station.  The project will include engineering and design support, fabrication, delivery and installation.  The office will provide LIRR passengers with information and assistance on fares and scheduling, ticket purchases and problem resolution.  All work will take place in the active terminal making coordination with the Owner a priority.  We extend our thanks to David Cannon and Edwin Rivera of MTA Capital Construction for their help on the project.
