Candidate should have a minimum 5 to 10 years of experience with Building work, both estimating and running projects. Must have the ability to process paperwork, oversee all aspects of the job including labor, costs and scheduling and have experience working with vendors and subcontractors. Candidate should have experience with estimating software such as HCSS or onscreen takeoff or equivalent estimating software. Field experience is preferred and familiarity with computer generated scheduling is a plus. Strong leadership and excellent communication skills are required.
